RETURN POLICY:

We offer a full 7 day return privilege on any item for any reason.  Any coin returned must be remain unopened in its original holder for a refund. Any coin removed from its original holder will null and void a refund of any kind whatsoever.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

All packages are sent by us fully insured. Most orders will ship via USPS Priority or First Class mail. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 per order. Expedited shipping is also available for extra cost.

 

ORDERING:

We hope that your experience for ordering will be enjoyable and easy.  Keep in mind that your satisfaction is our guarantee. You may call or email us any time if you have any questions.

 

PAYMENT & PRICING:

We accept Paypal, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.  We also accept personal checks and money orders.  Please allow up to 10 days for checks to clear. All coins are priced according to recent trends in the coin market. We grade according to PCGS standards.

 

LAYAWAYS:

We do have a layaway plan.  1/3 with your order and the remaining 2/3 within two months.


 

BIDDING POLICY:

All certified coins have been graded and certified by PCGS, NGC, ICG or ANACS.  Raw coins have been strictly graded by us according to PCGS standards.  Marc Langston Rare Coins (hereafter referred to as MLRC) is not responsible for grades assigned to certified coins and makes no warranty or representation regarding such grade.

All photographs posted on our website are the actual items being offered for sale but may not be the actual size or to scale. MLRC reserves the right to withdraw any lot prior to the end of the auction, regardless of bids being received, although this would very rarely occur and may be due to an error in the listing. In the event a lot is withdrawn, no bidder shall have the right to claim any consequential damages.   MLRC has the sole discretion to delay the end time, suspend, postpone or cancel auctions without liability of any kind whatsoever  to consignors or bidders, including if there is/was an error in the listing, whether made by MLRC or not.

 

RESERVES:  MLRC sometimes will have reserves depending on the the consignors wishes.

 

REGISTRATION PROCESS:  A bidder must register and provide personal information to MLRC in order to bid and must be over 18 years of age.  MLRC may refuse, reject or cancel any bid or purchase from any specific bidder without giving notice or reason to bidder.

 

AUCTIONS-BIDDING PROCESS:  A bidder may bid on any lot providing the bid is at least the next incremental bid displayed on the lot information page. The winning bidder is awarded one bid increment over the second highest bidder, providing the minimum bid has been met.  In the case of tied bids, preference will be given to the earlier bid received.  Bids may not be cancelled once they are placed.  Please see our bidding increment list for information.

 

AUCTION WINNINGS/INVOICING:  Once you win an auction, you will be notified via email. The item will also appear in your account order history.  As other items are won, you will receive additional notifications and the items will continue to be added to your order history. If you are finished, you can check out and pay your invoice immediately.  A 17.5% buyers fee (minimum $5.00, based on a per-lot basis) will be added to the winning amount for all auction items. This fee is paid by all bidders regardless of affiliation or status as a dealer.  Shipping fees will be added to your invoice according to our standard Shipping Fee schedule.

 

SALES TAX:  Oklahoma residents will be charged sales tax.

NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS MADE IN RESPECT TO ANY ITEM EXCEPT FOR WARRANTY OF TITLE IN THE CASE OF TITLE, MLRC IS SELLING ONLY THAT RIGHT OR TITLE TO THE ITEM THAT THE CONSIGNOR MAY HAVE AS OF THE AUCTION SALE DATE.  ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND WITH ALL FAULTS, PURCHASER HEREBY ASSUMES ALL RISKS CONCERNING AND RELATED TO THE GRADING, QUALITY, DESCRIPTION,  CONDITION, AUTHENTICITY, AND PROVENANCE OF AN ITEM.

Members  acknowledge that the rare coin market is speculative, volatile, and unregulated, and that coin prices may rise or fall over time.  MLRC does not offer investment advise and does not guarantee that any items would be sold for a profit in the future.

These terms and conditions of sale and the auction shall be construed and enforced in accordance with and governed by, the laws of the State of Oklahoma in Creek County.

 

ARBITRATION:  Any claim or dispute arising out of the sale of coins by MLRC shall be settled by arbitration between the parties in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).  Any claim pertaining to an Auction or Direct Sale transaction must be commenced within three months of the Auction date or Direct Sale confirmation or the claim is waived.

MLRC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
